I got it from Optimum http://www.optimumnutrition.com/products/ . I took 2 shakes today. They said in
the literature that with the smaller particles of whey, it usually has a bitter taste and is hard to make useable in shakes and so forth, but they did a pretty
good job with the taste. Otherwise, though, after only 2 shakes, I cant give a review outside the taste, but it is pretty good. It is also has only 2 carbs and
1 gram of fat/serving, which is better than the other stuff I was taking.

I myself love allthewhey. Their protein is one of the few that I have been able to stand mixing with water, and I get no stomach problems so I know they are at
least honest about what is in it. What are peoples opinions on the different creatines. I was taking regular creatine and was happy with the results, but I was
always bloated feeling. I got back on the ethyl ester and feel alot better and have dropped 6lbs.

I got off the creatine a few years back. I know some people swear by it, but I honestly felt like I was pouring money down the drain.

" I just take the regular creatine. I never feel bloated on it but when I do take creatine I tend to drink alot more water which makes me weigh more and makes things feel more lubricated in joints My lifts go up. I feel more solid.(like a machine). On another subject. joint health I've been off any supplement for joint health for at least a couple of months. Lately my joints have been makeing me feel like a old man. falling apart feeling. So today went to Sam's Club bought Glucosamine HCI 1500 mg + MSM 1500mg per 2 tablets I started taking it today.Friday Oct 30, 2009 I'll post when I feel good. See how many days it takes.

I will swear by Glucosamine HCI 1500mg with MSM 1500mg. I started taking it about 3 years ago, it took about 3 weeks before I notice anything. I tested that
theory by taking it for 6 weeks then 6 weeks off and I could feel the difference it my joints.
As for protein I use Nature's best I get it locally at Elite in Omaha it is taste good and mixes with water easy. For creatine when taking monohydrate I felt a water gain, which is odd for me I drink about 1 1/2 gallons per day. I switch over to cell mass it seems to work for me I don't gain as much water.

It appears that the Glucosamine and the HCI are combined (Hydrochloride) then theres the MSN which is Methylsulfonylmethane
Joints are feeling good today.

Tried something new today. Typically, I am not much on energy drinks as they do nothing for me. I always drink coffee while working out. Today I tried
ABB's Speed Shot Intensity. It was great. Tasted good, and it took my focus to a new level. Felt like I could walk through concrete. Didnt make me feel
jittery or anything, just intense and focussed. I will be adding this to my pre workout routine.

I just started taking Biotests Surge recovery drink. Been taking it 2 weeks and all I gotta say is wow, this stuff works very well. 33$ for 16 servings and you
only take it on workout days.

Basically from I have figured out, it helps get essential BCAAs into your system and it has malodextrin(I think that it is what it is called) and other things
to give you the things you need after a workout. It is a post workout drink and then you are supposed to eat 2 hours later after drinking it.

Jesse, I haven't before, but you might want to look into buying a mix yourself from True Protein. That's what my training partner Ron used to do,
it's pretty cheap, but not sure on the comparative cost.

this is the third time i have got real sick this fall and it is not even winter yet. I do all the right stuff like wash hands and eat a good diet, but I feel
that it is somehow connected to training as I get sick right after my last week of 5/3/1 before deload. Should I just straight out eat more, take supplements.
Currently I take a multivitamin drink some OJ and plenty of water and eat pretty much whatever I want to during the day. Any advice would be helpful. Thanks

So I know my body along with my immune system are weak. I'd just say; eat more, sleep more, relax, drink more liquids along with what you mentioned above. Take more time off..
