			<description><![CDATA[ Overhead day<br>strict press up to 135<br>leg drive without second dip to 185, then about the same for 225x2 PR. they were kinda tough but not as bad as i thought they were. good initial leg drive helped out there.<br><br>Dropped down to 185 and nailed the leg part to the point they just shot to lockout.
