			<description><![CDATA[ <p>Well, after much gnashing of teeth, I have &quot;most&quot; of the Kirksville Games results entered on the NASGA.com database.  Everything but the C class
and for some reason I can&#39;t get it to go!  But I&#39;ll keep trying.

On a side note, entering data on that database is the most monumental pain in the rear I&#39;ve ever encountered, that&#39;s why it&#39;s taken so long.  Every

In the Masters we had Tim Nassen and Larry Kaiser battle it out With Tim coming out on top.  Tim put up some impressive times on the Crucifix Hold and the
Farmers Hold.  Larry got the nod on the push press with a press of 260 and winning the stone for height with a 270 stone to 58&quot; and almost getting
60&quot;.

			<title><![CDATA[ Pouring a keg. ]]></title>

			<description><![CDATA[ Last weekend, I poured a new keg.  I forgot how sucky it was, much worse than a stone.  I used a cut off 1 liter bottle as a funnel, but still had to use a
stick to jag it through.  It took me like 3 hours.  Does anybody have any good tips on how to make this process more efficient?  Of is it this sucky for
everyone?  The good news is that I have a new keg, and it is HEAVY!

			<title><![CDATA[ A Quick 5/3/1 Question ]]></title>

			<description><![CDATA[ <p>I was thinking of doing the following but wanted some feedback:</p>

<ul>
  <li>Perform max effort lifts right after Thanksgiving;</li>

  <li>5/3/1 would take 90% of that weight and cycle onward; but what if I dropped weight down to a weight I can knock out 20 reps with
  squats/deads/presses?</li>

  <li>I would do the rest of the workout the same.</li>
</ul>

<p>What I am thinking is that by pushing my numbers back so I can get the extra reps that I can build up a good base to build up... ]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[ <p>A good friend of mine and a 100% RAW lifter , Bret Carter, is promoting a bench only meet February 20, 2010 at the Tip Top Ballroom, 1502 Cuming St. Omaha,
NE. This meet will have 3 divisions, LW, MW &amp; HW and will award medals to the top 6 in each division. The main prize will be $500 to the best lifter. This
will be determined by coefficient, so anyone can win this and need not have the biggest total bench of the day.
