locally that I can train at where I would have access to more powerlifting types of equipment(GHR, good squat rack etc.).

			<description><![CDATA[ <p>Well, after much gnashing of teeth, I have &quot;most&quot; of the Kirksville Games results entered on the NASGA.com database.  Everything but the C class
and for some reason I can&#39;t get it to go!  But I&#39;ll keep trying.

On a side note, entering data on that database is the most monumental pain in the rear I&#39;ve ever encountered, that&#39;s why it&#39;s taken so long.  Every

In the Masters we had Tim Nassen and Larry Kaiser battle it out With Tim coming out on top.  Tim put up some impressive times on the Crucifix Hold and the
Farmers Hold.  Larry got the nod on the push press with a press of 260 and winning the stone for height with a 270 stone to 58&quot; and almost getting

			<title><![CDATA[ Pouring a keg. ]]></title>

			<description><![CDATA[ Last weekend, I poured a new keg.  I forgot how sucky it was, much worse than a stone.  I used a cut off 1 liter bottle as a funnel, but still had to use a
stick to jag it through.  It took me like 3 hours.  Does anybody have any good tips on how to make this process more efficient?  Of is it this sucky for
everyone?  The good news is that I have a new keg, and it is HEAVY!
