			<description><![CDATA[ Well, I lost my belt somehow after my last meet. I can&#39;t seem to find it anywhere. Therefore, I must buy another one. I wanted to see from guys in the

For future aspiring officials, I have noticed a trend on a couple of the exams about a few of the questions.  When the question asks for a violation difference
between two lifts, make sure you list a violation, not just a difference in the two lifts.

			<title><![CDATA[ A Squatting Epiphany! ]]></title>

			<description><![CDATA[ I have been attempting to modify my squat technique to opitmize my &quot;levers&quot;.  I used to high bar squat, last night I used a lower bar set up position
and found it more favorable as it allowed me to keep back really straight, help tighten core, help squat back and down instead of down and knees out.  Any
other suggestions to better modify the squat?

			<description><![CDATA[ On February 6th, 2010 Al Caslow will be hosting &quot;Best of the Best in the Midwest&quot; powerlifting meet in Lenexa, KS. This is an APF Sanctioned meet.
Big Iron Gym will be there to compete along with other top lifters planing to compete such as Matt K<font class="qaquestion"><font class="qafrom">roczalesk</font></font> and Brian Carroll are also to compete. This should be a great meet and we hope to have a big turn out
